Disorders of anxiety

Hello guys, right now is a month that I suffer from anxiety disorders, and I'm doing therapy with entact and xanax .. the psychiatrist told me that anxiety can manifest itself in both weakness in physical pain .. but c 'is one thing that worries me because it hurts the part of the left breast where is the heart? 3 days ago I did the electrocardiogram and pulse are affixed to all! but I'm afraid the same as it hurts her breasts and then where the heart is .. could be anxiety?
