No!

The point is this: Do not think that you are [b] only [/ b] your past! You must not avoid the fact that the "bad experiences have made you well" and that you can not do anything!
The past is dead!
It 'a corpse! And if you cling to, forcing them to live back instead of forward! We are new every moment! Our cells continuously die and are born each day. Our brain makes us die and be reborn in every moment. It was formed within us the damn belief that our history is the cause of what we are. And so we convince ourselves to be the character that slating in mind. Every time we autodefiniamo, saying for example "I'm shy", "I'm an insecure", "I'm a violent," we are forcing ourselves into a cliché! There are condemning yourself. Let's get used to eliminate those phrases from our minds that we attach only to a past already dead! What do I mean? That it is useless to rehash the past always rassegnandoci to our fate. It 's true, it certainly is true that some of the scenes we have marked, and certain educations we have grown worse, but why think about this? Why not instead think of this? That is: "I'm shy because when I was very small ...". No! We must not stare with why! Just think "I'm shy. What can I do to combat this shyness?". We should not think that if we are in a certain way, we can not help it. Because the past is no longer, and we are wealthy enough that we can renew! Instead fossilize into what has made us slaves, we try to free ourselves from these chains! We think more about what we can become, rather than what we've become!
